Through a long-standing relationship with Peccole Nevada Corporation, EHB has been the primary custom homebuilder within Peccole’s Queensridge master-planned community, as well as Partner and Operations Manager of One Queensridge Place and Tivoli Village at Queensridge. Peccole’s interests were subsequently purchased and IDB Development Corporation Ltd. (with affiliated entities and investors) became partners in these developments in late 2005.

EHB is regarded as one of Las Vegas Valley's premier custom homebuilders and was initially one of five approved custom home builders in Summerlin, a suburban community that was named the nation’s number one master-planned community for many years during the 90s and early 2000s. Over the span of those years, we have built custom homes in each of Summerlin’s seven custom home neighborhoods: Mountain Trails, Eagle Hills, Tournament Hills, Canyon Fairways, The Willows, Red Rock and The Ridges. We have also built many other custom home neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley area, such as Queensridge, Southern Highlands and Anthem Country Club.
